Talk to a Real Person in Sri Lanka

No call centres, no ticket numbers. Message us and one of our own guides replies — usually within the hour, always within a day.

WhatsApp — the fast lane

How 9 out of 10 travellers reach us. We're often on the road, so a message beats a call — we reply from the jeep, the tea shop, wherever we are.

Message us

Call us

Any day, 7am–10pm Sri Lanka time. Miss us mid-safari? We ring back the same day — a promise we've kept for twelve years.

Email — for the planners

Best for longer questions and group bookings. Attach your rough plan, however messy — half our best trips started as a notes-app screenshot.

Sri Lanka time (GMT+5:30)

Messaging at 2am your time? Send it anyway — it's morning here, and you'll likely wake up to an answer.

Negombo, near the airport

Ten minutes from Bandaranaike International — exactly why our airport pickups don't run late.

Already in Sri Lanka?

Message today, travel tomorrow. Last-minute safaris and transfers are half of what we do.

Plan your trip

Tell us what you're dreaming of

You don't need a finished plan — most people write to us with something like "two weeks in February, we like animals and hate rushing". That's plenty. We've turned vaguer messages than that into some of our favourite trips.

1

Your message lands on our team WhatsApp — the same chat our guides use every day.

2

Whoever knows your route best replies. Safari question? You'll hear from the person who was in Yala last week.

3

Within 24 hours you'll have a day-by-day plan and a clear price. No deposits until you're happy.

One honest note: during peak season (December–March) we sometimes take a few hours longer to reply — we'd rather be looking after the travellers who are already here than typing with one hand on the wheel. You'll always hear back the same day.

Submitting opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled — nothing sends until you press send there. Prefer email? Write to topguidesrilanka@gmail.com.

Before you write — quick answers

On WhatsApp, usually within the hour during Sri Lanka daytime — we've had people book an airport pickup from the baggage carousel. Email takes a bit longer, but never more than 24 hours. If a full day passes with nothing, check your spam folder, then message us on WhatsApp; email filters occasionally eat our replies.
